What a lovely place! Delicious coffee, beautiful interior and the nicest service ever, wish I could visit this place more often

The coffee at this place is very good, and the atmosphere is very cozy. Undoubtedly the best café in Esbjerg. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service—the staff are rude and unpleasant, and they seem to be at work as if it’s a punishment. This effectively discourages me from visiting again.

Where should I start. Maybe I would have liked the Coffee or the food but I didn't even got that far. We entered the Shop to ask if we can sit outside. Anwer was "If there is a free table". This should have been the first hint. After waiting for over 20 min we asked one of the employees if we could get a menu. Answer: "we don't have a menu you have to come inside" This wouldn't bother me at all, if that is the concept of the store fine for me I can get my coffee at the counter. But in the first place why didn't they tell us when we were inside that we need to order at the counter and second together with us others arrived they got some kind of menu at least to select what they would like to order. Felt like the two girls working there shouldn't work in the service sector and it felt a bit that we got a special treatment as foreigners. Will definetly not come back!
