One more down on the bøfsandwich tour. This one was definitely the tallest so far, and by looking at the pictures, I think everyone can imagine how fulfilling it was. It even made me happy with the small portion of fries 😅 The beef was super tender, the bread really fluffy, and the fried onions were “on point”. This sandwich goes into my top 3, but not to top 1, as I didn’t enjoy that much the addition of the fried pork skin (flæskesvær) to the fried onions on top.
Excellent beef sandwich. Such a good mix of sweet, salt and acidity. The beef was perfect. Only the taste of the brown sauce was a little boring in an otherwise perfect sandwich.
The burger was fantastic, drinks are a little pricey. Service was excellent but very fast to clear the table, wasn't done chewing the last bite before they began clearing the table.
