Had a fantastic meal at Dollys in Horsens. Lovely traditional food, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The French onion soup was rich and comforting with that perfect balance of sweetness and depth. The house speciality crispy pork was absolutely spot on — perfectly cooked with great texture and flavour. We also tried the burger, which was juicy and well seasoned, clearly made with quality ingredients. To finish, the desserts were just as impressive — indulgent and the perfect end to a great meal. Friendly atmosphere, good service, and consistently tasty food. Highly recommend if you’re in Horsens and want proper, satisfying traditional dishes.

If you’re on the hunt for genuine Danish 🇩🇰 cuisine, this restaurant is worth checking out. The menu boasts a variety of traditional dishes, with occasional modern twists that add an interesting flair. We indulged in a flavorful salmon salad, perfectly fried fish, and burgers draped in a sensational gravy sauce. The ingredients are top-notch, and the portion sizes strike the right balance. I’d also strongly recommend trying the house brand pale ale; it’s a standout. Service was swift and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to the diverse options for both lunch and dinner, we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

This is a very nice, cozy restaurant, with what struck me as a typically Danish atmosphere. It is located near the marina. I took the house-specialty, fried pork. I'm very glad I did. It was a fantastic dish. The service was perfect. As was, their Danish New England- style IPA. A nice place.
